Apartment hunting in Sunnyside

We went to Sunnyside (in Queens, on the way to Manhattan) - in the rain -, which is where Bruce works, on Friday morning. He had suggested we look for a place to live in this area. We have found it to be really great, between Manhattan and Marta's job. But will we find what we are looking for?

Before we started checking out the area, we walked Bruce to the school where he works.

Along the way we decided to stop at a great little cafe for a nice cup of hot chocolate. As you can see there is an elevated rail-road line outside, going straight into Manhattan..
